Investigation of mobbing applications in private sectors; iğdir industry site example

As in many countries of the world, it is possible to encounter Mobbing practice in almost every sector in our country. While mobbing affects the psychology and social life of the person undergoing mobbing, it significantly reduces the work efficiency and quality. This study was carried out in order to determine the presence of mobbing in industrial workers in Iğdır province. According to the research results, a total of 209 employees participated in the survey. In line with the answers given, 62 employees stated that they were exposed to mobbing.The analyzes were made on 62 employees. 48,4% of the sample group was restricted by their superiors, 14,5% of them were constantly interrupted, 24,2% of their opportunities to show themselves were restricted by their colleagues, 37,1% of them were subjected to reprimand, 27,4% of the work was constantly criticized, 16,2% of his private life was constantly criticized, 14,5% of them were constantly disturbed over the phone, 11,3% received verbal threats, 3,2% received written threats, 8,1% dismissed their relationship with gestures, and 8,1% implied It was determined that the relationship was rejected.
