The effect of privatization upon the job satisfaction application on the Kütahya Sugar Works INC

THE IMPACT OF PRİVATİZATİON ON JOB SATİSFACTİONTHE EXAMPLE OF KUTAHYA SUGAR PLANTDurali GÜRABSTRACTBeing one of the first KİT?s Sugar work,Kütahya Sugar Work started to beprivatized and with in the context of privatizing activity which happened in 1986. sinceit was privatized it has been known as Kütahya Sugar Works.The aims are, of the study are to determine what the employee?s jobsatisfaction factors such as gender, martial status, education,age etc, to measure thelevel of job satisfaction, to deal with the negative effects of job satisfaction and to offera solution.In order to establish theorical construction of the study and determine modelof the study concerning privatizion and job satisfaction, a literature study harbing hasbeen made. Furthermare, the tools that are used in the studies about job satisfactionhave been overwieved.The study consists of four sections. In the first section privatization wasoverwievde, than job satisfaction was examined. In the third section, by polling of theemplayees, job satisfaction was measured. In the ourth section upon the results,proposals of solutions were introduced.
