Abstract (EN)
Freedom has been one of the most demanded and most debated issues since the introduction of human history. Freedom is one of the most discussed and difficult to define concepts in the context of the state, both individual and society, in every period of history. Demands of freedom and perspectives on freedom since ancient times have been different every period and have survived to the present day. The brake balance system in freedom, state relations and government management in ancient Greece formed the basis of constitutional movements and democracy. Constitutional processes of freedom movements starting with the history of humanity, philosophers and philosophers' understanding of freedom, perspectives of heavenly religions, constitutional movements in Turkish culture, whether or not the ceremony in Central Asian Turkish states is a constitution, the opinions of lawyers about this, the decisions taken in the congress and toys are examples of democracy. the freedom movements and constitutions that they did not exist from the time of enlightenment to the present day will be tried to be determined as to whether they were as effective as the old Turkish ceremony and Islamic law and their reasons. The main questions to be answered with this study are; Is the Turkish moral a constitution? Is it enough to provide justice and freedom to the old Turks? Could freedoms and democracy fully realize in today's modernism? Are we really free in the modern world? Is modernity a capitalist modernity? Is there a need for a new understanding of freedom and democracy? In our thesis, answers to these questions will be sought and an in-depth explanation will be provided.
