Abstract (EN)
In this study ?self-management? concept has been investigated in details. It has been tried to explain what ?self-management? means, what features it has and what similar concepts to self-management really mean.It has also been tried to discuss the actuality of self-management by investigating historical and some actual experiences about self-management applications.
