Abstract (EN)

VII. SUMMARYINVESTIGATION THE CHRONOBIOLOGIC EFFECTS OFNEBIVOLOL ON p-BK-INDUCED NOC CEPTION IN THE MOUSEIn this study, the analgesic activity of nebivolol, the selective 1-adrenoreceptor blocker, on diurnal and gender variation on female and malemice synchronized to 12:12 light-dark and the L-arginin-NO pathway?spotential role in this activity were investigated. At 0900 and 2100, morphine, L-NAME and L-arginin and their combinations with nebivolol are administeredto the animals and the number of writhes were counted. The inhibitory effect ofthe tested materials were counted as the % antinociceptive activity. Parametricand non-parametric ANOVA was used for statistical analysis.Altough there isn?t any statistically significant differencebetween nebivolol groups according to time and gender, we may say that thedecrease of nebivolol antinociception with nebivolol+L-arginin combination infemale mice may be deal with the L-arginin/NO pathway.
