Özet (EN)

In this research, reflection of cultural characteristics in drawing of 9 to 12 year old pupils from various nations studying at Ankara Pakistan Embassy International School have been analysed. In the research phenemologic/case desing/pattern/drawing is used.Target population of the study involves pupils attending from different nations. Samples consist total of 15 students ages differ between 9 to 12s studying at Pakistan Embassy International School; three students from each country Pakistan, Syria, Turkey, England, and U.S.A are observed. A pre-survey is applied in order to obtain the demographic charecteristics of the pupils. Three subjects have been chosen for the application, and each application has been conducted in different technique. Total of Fourty five drawings have been drawn by pupils on ? Impressions about the country you were born?, ? The most influencial event or subject that affects you?, ? A Sunday afternoon?.Drawings obtained during the research have been evaluated and analyzed by the researcher according to the criteria defined by the expert`s/specialist`s/advisor`s guidance. The evaluation criteria which has been developed to measure the charaecteristics of pupils age 9 to 12 on the ? Era of the Authenticity`s rise? , eight feautures related to rubric scale, the case of folkloric charecteristics` reflection over the child drawing, the use of colours, and extension and narrativity have been described. Drawings are marked by three field experts and the arithmetic mean calculated by the researcher and defined with figure and graphs.
