Abstract (EN)

Rapidly growing control technologies leads to analysis of the vehicles at different terrain. Studies have been done to optimize the suspension system for different road profiles.In this study, a passive suspension system is modeled for a tracked vehicle. Loaded parts with respect to dynamic effects of forces during road travel are inspected.In the first section, information about suspension systems is given and scope and aim of the study is described.In the second section, varieties of suspension is described and general introduction and working principles are givenIn the third section mathematical model of the hydropneumatic suspension is investigated. Forces acting on the hydropneumatic suspension system are described.In the fourth section, information about computer aided design and finite element analysis are given.In the fifth section connections and joints of the system are constituted and kinematic solution via computer aided design software is carried out.In the sixth section information about fatigue theory is given and fatigue analysis with finite element method is explained.In the seventh section finite element analysis of connecting rod that belongs to of the hydropneumatic suspension is presented.Finally, results are evaluated.
