Abstract (EN)
Vane pumps are one kind of revolving pumps that are two kinds. One-celled and doublecelled. Pumped liquid moves between stator and flippers. Vane pump can be used just with the liquids that have regular viscosity curves. It?s intended in this thesis to study double-celled vane pump characteristics. Main parts of vane pump are rotor, stator and flippers. Shaft of vane pump that rotated by electrical motor examinated with using there different lubricant and working in different revolutions. For measuring the pressure and flow a reduction valve is tied at the output of the pump and the pressure measurement is achieved with a monometer which is tied before the reduction valve. The flow of the oil is measured with a flow measurer. The results are given in the tables. Besides the pressure and flow, the voltage and the current of the engine is measured for all cycle for calculating the electrical power and compared. Pressure, flow and power that taken by motor increased with increasing of viscosity.
