COVID-19 has caused multifaceted changes in every field from health to economy, from education to working system. It seems that the whole world has reached a consensus on what should be done against this virus that has been in our lives for about two years, challenged the World in a short time and cost us our lives. In addition to the fact that people attach importance to personal hygiene due to the epidemic, the effects of compulsory social isolation and distance have triggered the change in the shopping behavior of individuals. The dynamical process revealed by COVID-19 has been a great experience for humanity in every field. Although there have been situations such as the prohibition of intercity travel by countries, age restrictions in terms of going out, closing of schools, and people not being able to leave the house for fear of catching the virus, the importance of technology has been better understood in terms of ensuring the continuity and effectiveness of communication. In this period, it is seen that the most serious change in the understanding of consumption was experienced in the categories of technology-mediated shopping and interpersonal communication.
