Abstract (EN)
It is important to determine the burnout and organizational commitment factors that will play an active role in the management of human resources of organizations under pandemic conditions and to reveal the relations between the antecedents that lead to the formation of these factors. In this study, it is aimed to examine the effects of burnout on organizational commitment in the aviation industry, where the changes in the internal and external environment and the work intensity are quite high, under pandemic conditions. An online survey form will be used as a data collection tool in the research to be conducted with ground service employees working in 6 of 17 Bir Ground Handling Companies operating in airports in Turkey. Descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, One-Way Analysis of Variance (Anova) using SPSS 23.0 statistical program, correlation and regression analyzes will be applied.
