For this purpose, a qualitative research was conducted. This study was designed based on the phenomenology approach, which is one of the qualitative research approaches. A semi-structured interview form was used to obtain the data. Faculty members working at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of İnönü University were included in the study. Content analysis was applied to the data obtained as a result of the interview. As a result of the research findings, it has been determined that there are systemic problems in the distance education process applied in the field of education, the participation rate of the students is low, there is communication disorder due to the lack of mutual interaction, the lack of computers and the success rate in the exams are high, but this success is not at the level of knowledge. Accordingly, it was concluded that distance education should not be continuous and it would be more appropriate to apply face-to-face education. Suggestions were made depending on the results obtained in the research.
