Abstract (EN)
The main purpose of the study is to determine the leadership behaviors of managers during the COVID-19 pandemic. To achieve this goal, interviews were held with 11 business managers and directors working in Istanbul. The interview form was prepared based on the literature and in line with expert opinions. Content analysis technique was used when analyzing the data obtained as a result of the interview
