Also some have expressed, women who are married and have children to work from home due to their marital status an advantage. Participants who have children between the ages of 0-3 find it more advantageous to work from home because they believe their children need more maternal support within the age period. It has been concluded that the support of their spouses is quite important in domestic labor and also in child care. It was understood that the amount of labor spent at home increased, and therefore there were problems in focusing on work which can be considered a disadvantage. In addition, it has been stated that working from home constantly reduces the motivation to work over time. The majority of the participants in this thesis support the hybrid system for work.
