Abstract (EN)
For surgical resections of parasagittal menengiomas,duramater based tumours,parietal located glial tumours,AVM's,venous anomalies,cavernomas or melanomas, pinael region tumours which needs interhemispheric approach, lateral ventricle tumours,falx located menengiomas and to all pathological lesions that must be resected via bicoronal craniotomy superior sagittal sinus anatomy and the veins that drain into SSS are very important. We aimed to define the anatomy of SSS, cortical veins, dural venous meningeal sinuses by using coronal and sagittal and lambdoid sutura as a landmark.
