Abstract (EN)

In this study, 56 Wistar-albino female rats weighing 200-250g were used. Rats were divided into 7 groups Sham , Toxicity, Toxicity + 250mg / kg Dexpanthenol, Toxicity + 500mg / kg Dexpanthenol, Toxicity + 250mg / kg Dexpantenol + 60mg / kg Tocopherol , Tokxicity + 500 mg/ kg Dexpantenol + 60mg / kg Tocopherol and Toxicity + 60mg / kg Tocopherol (n = 8). The sham group was sacrificed without any application. Rats in the toxicity group were suspended in 2000 mg/ kg Paracetamol administered orally by gavage. One dose of 250 mg / kg Dexpanthenol was administered to first treatment group one hour after the toxicity was created and one dose of 500 mg / kg Dexpantenol was administered intraperitoneally to the second treatment group. The third treatment group received 250 mg / kg / ip Dexpanthenol and 60mg / kg / im Tocopherol , the fourth treatment group received 500mg / kg / ip Dexpanthenol and 60mg / kg / im Tocopherol one hour after the toxicity. In the fifth treatment group received a single dose of 60 mg / kg Tocopherol intramuscularly one hour after toxicity. As a result of biochemical examination, tissue MDA, MPO, GSH-PX values were significantly different in all treatment groups compared to toxicity group (p <0.05). Serum ALT, AST, LDH values were significantly different in all treatment groups compared with toxicity group (p <0.05). Histopathological examination revealed less damage in all treatment groups than in the toxicity group. He suggested that dexpanthenol and tocopherol might help by clearing the toxicity.
