Özet (EN)
Solitons are nonlinear wave classes in which the velocity changes proportionally depending on the amplitude, and they do not affect each other when they collide. The fact that their velocity changes depending on the amplitude and does not affect each other has made the use of this type of waves for different studies attractive. It can be used in military radar systems, artificial intelligence robot studies, transmitting the signal over long distances, and generating signals at microwave frequencies. In this thesis, nonlinear transmission lines (NLTLs) are used for soliton wave generation. Theoretical equations of NLTL circuits are created and analyzed. At the end of the analysis, soliton modeling was performed and particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm was used to design NLTL circuits instead of using trial and error methods in the literature. With this algorithm used, optimum results were created for 4 different central frequency value parameters. NLTLs were modeled for the circuit element numbers and values determined from the optimization stage. The simulations of these models were repeated for 10 different central frequency values between 10MHz and 100MHz. After the simulation results obtained, the experiments were carried out. Experiments were repeated for 3 different central frequency values. Soliton wave production; it has been seen that the designs that are simulated and tested are compatible
