Allied relations with the soviets during the Paris Peace Conference

Following the 1917 Revolution, Allied policy towards Russia, which had left World War I with the Treaty of Brest-Litowsk, was characterised by uncertainty. The failure to represent Russia in the shaping of the final peace at the end of the war, the process of Allied intervention for various reasons - such as protecting important warehouses, saving the Czechoslovak Legion - or the lack of recognition constituted the important issues of the Paris Peace Conference. In this study, the situation of Russia until World War I, the Allied view of the Soviets, the justification of the intervention, the pain of the process of determining a common policy, the process of returning from the intervention by touching on the contacts with the anti-Bolsheviks are covered. The attitude of the Allied States towards Russia at the stage of ensuring the final peace has been tried to be revealed.
