Abstract (EN)

Today, the destruction of nature because of more common use of fosil sources headed towards people to use renewable energy sources. Proton Exchange membrane fule cells (PEMFC), one of the renewable energy sources, are energy sources that produce electricity as a result of electro-chemical reactions of hydrogen and oxygen reactant. In this study,Nafion 112 whose constrictions are different membrane and gas diffusion layer are prepared as three different type by the help of MEA and three types PEM fuel cells consisting of flowing channels like straight and mixed, whose bipolar plates are serpentine and with 49 square centimeters active area are analysed by changing the flow between 40°C and 70°C temperatures in the pressure of 50, 100, 150 and 200 mbar. Anode and cathode?s humidifying proportion is provided with the temperature control. In the study, when the highest open circuit voltage is 0.98 volt, close circuit voltage is 0.338 volt, the highest 43.318 ampere and maximum 14.641 watt power are produced. Fuel cell has worked in % 66 yield. When compared to another fuel cell belonging to the same active area we have higher performance degree. Here, the minimum temperature difference between the battery temperature and anode, cathode temperature had been effected.
