Abstract (EN)
Keywords: Service Sector. Retail Sector, Job Satisfaction Nowadays, the most developing sector is service sector. Developing in this sector has affected the industrial relations effectivity. The result of this influence, the structure of industrial relations has changed. From this situation, the most affected sector is retail sector. Retail sector is a sector that small and middle managements have generally taken part. İn industrial relations, the managements in which the rights of employees generally has been exploited are small and middle managements. The choosen from markets Gül Store Chains is an example of small and middle managements. For this reason, to investigate problems of employees and the ways of solutions, we have done the job satisfaction research in this managements. Job satisfaction is explained that employee is pleased with job or not.This pleasantness or unpleasantness depends on different factors.if job satisfaction of emloyees is not supplied, high worker circulation and discontinuity will occur in management.this situation affects management efficiency. We have examined factors affecting job satisfaction in survey done in Gül Store Chain. Consequently,we have introduced that job satisfaction of emloyees is low and some of factors affecting job satisfaction cause it. we have also emphasized that activities for incresing job satisfaction is necessary.
