Abstract (EN)

This study examines the impact of changes in the dynamic and constantly developing retail sector on human resource management processes. the retail sector in the first part of the study, explained terms, Turkey is mentioned and development of the retail sector in the world. In the second part of the study, the changes in the retail sector, globalization, the development of e-commerce and the changes in consumer behavior are explained, working conditions in the retail sector and employment problems are mentioned and how the changes affect the HRM processes in the retail sector are mentioned. In the last part of the study, shopping centers, one of the most important development areas of the retail sector, are examined within the framework of HRM processes and labor relations. The aim of this study is to evaluate the changes that occur in the retail sector with their impact on HRM processes especially on the axis of shopping malls that are the result of these changes. Shopping malls with their unique working relationships and culture have been considered worthy of examination because they have a large employment potential in our age.
