Abstract (EN)
SUMMARY Keywords: The Performance and Pay Relation. Salary is not onlu a number indicating the reward of employees, but also highight level of life standart, an importanat parameter of industriyal costs and multi effective social theme. The salary that the employees earns is usually the major cause his her work. Besides the expectation of the employee and his astisfaction, the eguability of salaries anyway the workers is guite an important point. Salary is for most campaniyes are the major part of their expenses. Employers, are trying the find the most correct system to decide the employee salary relation. Since the concept of salary is an very important subject in the relations of employee and employer, companies determine the performanse of the workers according to certain items. Purpose of this projects; to observe effects of performanse evaluation on salary determination in performanse evulation terms for warking effective salary policy in the firm and relation between terms. This thesis includes four main parts, in the firs part description of performanse evaluation, progress and goals, in the following part; some methods to evaluate performanse and problems during the application.
