Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between Performance Based Wage System and Perception of Justice by explaining Performance Based Wage System and Organizational Justice. Questionnaire form was used while collecting the data of the study. The main mass of this research consists of all bank employees working in public and private banks in Malatya. The data collection process subject to the research was completed between July and December 2018. According to information from the data of the Banks Association of Turkey in Malatya province it has a total of 938 bank employees in this date range. Among these employees, the sample value calculated for the 95% confidence interval and 5% margin of error, which is determined as a sufficient ratio to represent the main mass, is 273. A total of 400 questionnaire forms were distributed. For various reasons, 361 bank employees were able to get feedback for the questionnaire. In addition, since some of these questionnaires were excluded due to missing data, 284 questionnaire forms were evaluated. In the first part of the research conducted to determine the relationship between performance-based wage systems and the perception of justice in wage, the concepts of performance and wage are discussed. In this section, elements of the concept of performance, performance management, wage and wage-related concepts such as minimum wage, wage limit, real / nominal wage, salary, as well as the importance of wage, wage systems and performance-based wage concepts are examined. In the second part of the study, based on the concept of justice, organizational justice is defined and its importance for organizations is mentioned. Approaches to the concept of organizational justice are explained by mentioning the reactive and proactive process and content approaches. In order to better understand the concept of organizational justice, the dimensions of organizational justice are mentioned. In addition, the studies on the relationship between organizational justice and organizational justice and performance are examined and these studies are included in this section. After mentioning the basic concepts of the research in the first two sections, the survey study conducted in the third section determined the findings to measure the relationship between performance-based wage system and wage justice perception. The relationship between the Performance Based Wage System and the perception of justice has been determined and has reached its research purpose.
