Abstract (EN)
The job satisfaction is one of the most essential parameters to both compensate the anticipations of professional and to enhance the performance of employees in the organization. The workers demand salary in order to survive and be satisfied with their job expectations. The determination of salary level is a key to maintain the job satisfaction of employees. Here the business is critically required to manage the salary level in view of fact that job description of employee and the organization type. The study investigated the effect of performance based salary system on job satisfaction and found positive relationsip between the two variables. Consequently, the performance based salary determination has been observed to increase the job satisfaction constructively.
