Abstract (EN)
Introduction:To determine whether periodic lung film scanning that has very important place in Workers' health is appropriate to the technical and quality standards. Methods: The lung graphies taken in 2009 of 400 workers, working at Standart Profil, are evaluated for compliance with the technical and quality standards by three commentatorsFindings: Pulmonologist (% 52) evaluated the dose of films as normal more frequently than the other two films reader (radiologist, 44.3%, an assistant;% 30.4). The frequency of pulmonologist?s (81.7%) interpreting the films at drawn inspiration as a reader was less than the other two readers. The ratio of pulmonologist?s (%53.5) finding the film symmetric was higher than the other two readers?. Radiologists (38.1%) was the observer assistant most frequently reporting scapulas? elimination (assistant, 55.9%). The assistant was the least frequently stated the monitoring of apexes (assistant, 92.3%). Assistant observer stated that the lungs are fit to the tape least frequently. There was a perfect harmony between the comments of Observers 1 and 2 (radiologist and pulmonologist) related to films scanned with soft technique. There was a perfect harmony between the observers 2 and 3 (pulmonologist-assistant) at the films scanned with hard technique. While assistant observer most frequently determined nodules (10.9%) and infiltrates (% 3.2), pulmonologist observed emphysema (7.2%) and bronchiectasis (1.7%). observer detecting the pleural disorder most frequently was the pulmonogist. Observer detecting the most common disorder of central structures was pulmonologist. Conclusion: To improve the quality of lung films, it is necessary to correct technical standardization and scanning procedure. It is necessary controlling all the people reading films and training the technicians continuously. Keywords: Film quality, the difference between the readers, periodic scanning, worker health
