Abstract (EN)

In our thesis entitled "The political history of Persian (559-330. BC.)", we elaborated the history of Persian Empire that ruled in the region for more than two hundred years. The Persians who had taken over the heritage of Med State established a great and outstanding empire in the history. Although they only ruled over the Iranian region in its initial years, they extended their borders from Anatolia to India, Egypt, and the steppes of Central Asia in a short period of time. This Empire had its power and existence accepted not only by the continental states but also by the maritime nations and Greek Region (Hellenic). This State continued its concurrence policy from the beginning to the end. The Persian Kings continued their concurrence by suppressing the uprisings and revolts in a short period of time, despite the fact that they had to spend a lot of time and energy to control such revolts. The reason and the biggest power behind the fast development and growth of the empire was, of course, the ever-continuing military attacks and expeditions of the powerful army. The commanders who commanded the army successfully and the kings who ruled the state successfully have been the biggest heroes of this success story and this historical state. The kings of Persia tried to make their public happy by utilizing some tactics and strategies different from the ones known at that time. They established new security systems in order to realize the security of their public. They also established a post office system to realize a quick and proper communication structure. All these new systems and innovative reforms realized a fast extension of their borders, quick suppression of uprisings, proper and systematic logistic support and successful management of the army, but the last but not the least, the happiness of the public with the state. The kings imposed a tax system on the concurred regions and assigned a ruler there who belonged to the Persian breed. They did not interfere with the internal issues of the regions besides this application. This understanding proved effective on the acceptance of the Persian rule. Moreover, this understanding had been a reason for the self-willingness and self-acceptance of Persian dominance by some regions without any military enforcement and fighting. Key Words 1. Persia 2.
