An application artificial intelligent for permanent staff calculate

Human resource management and personnel planning are two of the most important decision-making problems of companies. In this study, it was worked in future strategies of firms which are active role in creating one of the most important aspects of human resource management and personnel planning and a new model are sıggested for number of personnel that are called permanent staff Whether the service sector organizations, or the production of which depend on human power. Time series analysis methods and artificial neural networks are used in an integrated manner to calculate this power . Time series data were analyzed by the company prior period, the next five quarterly estimates were made by establishing appropriate models. The data, which was created by time series analysis, obtained with the code of the artificial neural networks and artificial neural networks using matlab program processed the number of personnel needed by the company aimed to investigate in future periods.
