Abstract (EN)
One of the basic ways for businesses to live in competittive environment is to be aware of the precautions towards work behaviors against productivity. Nowadays, work behaviors against productivity are very important because they create negative effects in both work processes and relationships among the employees. Concious level of employees towards organizational citizenship behaviors, which are the opposite of work behaviors against productivity, are need to be studied in detail. This study is aimed to create awarenees for businesses oriented to work behaviors against productivity and to scrutinise negative factors causing this behaviour. In litarature there are many factors against productivity but it has been observed that there are not enough studies about these factors. Especially the effects of interpersonal conflict and constraint are not thoroughly examined. In this study interpersonal conflict and constraint subjects which are thought to have effects on work behaviors against productivity are discussed and some evaluations are made.
