Abstract (EN)
In order to maintain their competitiveness in the worldwide market, it is to follow the unit times that run the products as close to the run, to make evaluations and evaluations. For this, the operating and production costs need to be determined and these costs depend on the controllers of the collected study information. At the same time, it is an important goal for them to make the best use of their data sources so that they know which product, how and in what time they produce. By means of work (time) study and analysis of costs at all stages of products, the process can be supervised, bottlenecks in the process and situations that require improvement can be identified. With Work Study, production planning functions work more easily and managers make their decisions more easily. It is very important to determine the ineffective times for the productivity of textile mills. Revealing and eliminating the ineffective times that are not noticed in the production process, and calculating the standard production times and assigning the labor times accordingly not only increase the efficiency of the production process, but also form the basis for pricing. In this study, a time study was carried out by using the work study method in the P&D, weaving, finishing and quality control departments of a selected large-scale textile dyeing-finishing mill. PES/VIS blended outerwear fabrics were chosen as the material. The study was carried out according to the fabric produced in four different constructions, and the effect of fabric differences on the study data was examined.
