Abstract (EN)

In this study, single cell protein (SCP) was produced from Phanerochaete chrysosporium in liquid nutrient prepared with CSL (Corn Steep liquor) and obtained SCP was used as fishmeal for Rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss). SCP rate in feed ration was adjusted as %0(MU0), %12,5(MU1), %25(MU2), %50(MU3) and Rainbow trouts were feed these prepared fishmeals during 45 days. According to study results, fish growing increased directly proportional to 25% SCP rate. On the other hand, when the SCP rate was increased to 50%, a decline was observed in fish growing. Since P.chrysosporium SCP (25%) hasn't a negative effect in growth, it was observed that it will be used in Rainbow trouts fishmeals. Finally, TAS(Total Antioxidans Status), TOS(Total Oxidant Status) and HIS(Hepatosomatic Index) tests were performed. Whereas, fish feeds containing up to 25% of the P.chrysosporium biomass showed no toxic effects for the rainbow trout, but those containing 50% of the concentartion had toxic effects.
