Abstract (EN)
Low temperature sintered materials are a matter of caution because of the working area. Apart from that, when we went from the market to the market, the environment and human health were also communicated to transmit sintering temperatures. There are two types of materials used during work. One of them is lead zirconate titanate (PZT) and the second is potassium sodium niobate (KNN). It was carried out by flash sintering method, which is the sintering method in powder form. Thanks to this method, energy savings were achieved with short data generators. Also, high density material was obtained. For us, the method was achieved by filling the spaces of the atoms with the effect of electric field and temperature on the test. Finally, when lead zirconate titanate sintered at 1200 ° C reached 502 ° C, flash sintering process was confirmed for 100-150 seconds. Likewise, potassium sodium niobate, sintered at approximately 1100 ° C, was sintered at 669 ° C within a few minutes. When tested on hand, reasonable or better values were obtained in electrical measurements.
