Abstract (EN)
Erectile dysfunction (ED) is one of the most common sexual diseases in men. In the phosphodiesterase family, PDE-5 inhibitors play an important role in the treatment of erectile dysfunction. Three of the PDE-5 inhibitors used in the first-line treatment of erectile dysfunction are sildenafil, vardenafil and tadalafil, all of which have been recognized worldwide. These inhibitors differ in their selectivity and pharmacokinetics. In this study, cyclic reaction was induced by piperonal reaction with D-tryptophan. The resulting compound was acetylated. In the last step, a different derivative of tadalafil was synthesized. 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopy were used to illuminate the resulting structure.
