Abstract (EN)

Pyrazole derivatives are heterocyclic compounds which containing adjacent two atoms nitrogen on five ring. These compounds are of great importance because of the biological activity. In this study, the eight novel pyrazole-3-carboxamide derivative compounds were synthesized from reaction of anthranilic acid derivatives with various pyrazole carboxylic acid chlorides in the presence of pyridine in 61-83% yield. Later, the ring closure reaction of these compounds was carried out with SOCl2 and eight pyrazolyl 1,3- benzoxazin-2-one compounds were synthesized. The structures of the synthesized compounds are illuminated by using the Elemental analysis, FT-IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and X-Ray spectroscopy techniques. Keywords: Pyrazole, Anthranilic acid, Benzoxazine, Carboxamide.
