Abstract (EN)

Pyrazole derivative substances are used in the medicine for different purposes. The purpose of the present study, is to label 4-benzoyl-1-(4-carboxyphenyl)-5-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid (pyrazole derivative) with 131I and investigate its radiopharmaceutical potential. Pyrazole derivative was labelled with 131I in acidic medium containing Cu2+ ion. Then quailty control studies of labeled substance were carried out using Thin Layer Radio Chromatography (TLRC) and Elektrophoresis methods. The binding efficiency was determined as 97,08±0,80 %, radiolabelled pyrazole derivative was maintained stability through 4 hours. Biodistrubition studies were performed in nine female Albino Wistar rats. The injected dose per gram tissue was calculated and time-activity curves were examined. All the experimental data were evaluated using statistical SPSS 10.0 program. We concluded that labeling yield of 131I-pyrazole derivative was high, high amount of 131I- pyrazole derivative was kept in the lungs and 131I- pyrazole derivative had enough stability for diagnostic scanning for lungs.
