Abstract (EN)

Pyridazine derivatives and their metal complexes have various pharmacological activities. Especially in recent years, there have been some intensive studies and biological activities. The increasing studies on pyridazine compounds and theirs complexes having some various properties on studies to be done in this subject (antibacterial, antifungal, antibiotic, anti-depressant, anti-diabetic, antihypertensive, analgesic, anti-tumor, antiviral, nephrotropic, anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, anti-cancer, anti-aggregative, anti-epileptic etc.) have encouraged us to study in this area. In this study, Cu(II), Co(II), Mn(II) , Ni(II) and Zn(II) pyridazine metal complexes were synthesized as template and characterized using elemental analysis, FT-IR, TGA and UV-Vis spectroscopy, electrolytic measurements, magnetic susceptibility. Structure of new pyridazine Schiff base metal complexes have been found binuclear structure.
