Abstract (EN)
Removal and storage of the waste by-product of industrial production in the world is a difficult condition but is known to a big problem in environmental pollution. One of the emerging rice production, rice is the shell of this waste. Occur in over 100 million tons of waste rice husk and rice husk ash is obtained from burning 20 million tons of rice. The brass shell of an industrial waste in the construction sector, given the use of inorganic and organic components of the high amount of silica present in the composition of the rice husk ash (92% - 93%) due to that increase the strength of the concrete as well as improving many aspects of the use of waste and environmental pollution rice crust and energy resources will increase the benefit of the protection is considered. In this study, 600, 700, 800oC temperatures derived from the incineration ash and rice husk and rice husk ash cement samples investigated the effect of physical and mechanical properties. To investigate the effect of the physical properties of rice husk ash cement samples, 600, 700, rice husk ash obtained from 800oC temperatures of 0%, 5, 10, 15, 20 percent of cement by the substitution of cement samples prepared with the standard consistency and setting time for each group, the volume expansion values were determined. To investigate the effect of the mechanical properties of rice husk ash cement samples, 600, 700, rice husk ash obtained from 800oC temperatures of 0%, 5, 10, 15, 20 percent replacement of cement with cement mortar specimens were prepared 50X50X50 and For each group, samples 2, 7, 28, 56, 90-day compressive strengths were determined. In addition, the specific surface of rice husk ash, specific gravity values and the particle size distributions were determined. As a result of the study: the specific surface area of the rice husk ash increased when combustion temperature increases, the rice husk ash which obtained from different combustion temperatures and cement samples which prepared 5 %, 10 %, 15 %, 20 % percent, according to the reference cement water demand increased, but it isn?t a very high level, the high compressive strength, unit weight values by 5% (800oC), cement samples with rice husk ash are substituted, the low porosity values (800oC), cement samples with rice husk ash were substituted. All of these data showed that burning temperature of rice husk ash and the amount of substitution was found to be effective on the compressive strength.
