Abstract (EN)

The compressorwhich is the heart of the cooling system, rising energy demand and has had to be constantly renewed with a sense of economy. There are new studies all the time about the renewed compressors. In this study, scroll and semi-hermetic piston compressor, R-134a, R-404A or R-507A cooling capacity for cooling gases defined by reference to energy and energy analysis are reviewed. In this work, compressor power consumption for evaporation temperatures between work +10 -25 R-134a used refrigerant varies between 3 kW and 6.1 kW, R404-and R-507A used refrigerants from 5.2 kW to 10.6 kW it has varied. The mass flow rate is varied between 129 kg/h and 601 kg/h when using refrigerant R-134a and it is varied between 307 kg/h and 1045 kg/h when using refrigerants R-404A and R-507A. When using R-134a refrigerant, compressor outlet temperatures were observed to be used in a smaller quantity. The cooling performances (COP) and exergetic efficiencies for each of the variations of the fluid are examined for evaporation temperatures between +10°C to -25 °C.At the end of the study, energy efficiency, R-134a, R-404a or R-507a for entropy production and by an assessment of the performance effects of scroll and semi-hermetic reciprocating piston compressor reviewed.
