Abstract (EN)
This examined work, which is beloging to the year AH 1310/AD 1894 gives information about the system of Ottoman Empirement?s military education. This work has 13 part and it discussed from a soldier?s barracks life to military educational period and the rules in this period in detail. In this examination with the work?s transcription subsequent, it is tried to reach an result making classification and criticize. Also, with the angle of know the period?s military area?s reform and descriptive features, the work has an another importance. Again, when the period of this work?s time taken into account, it seen that, the mainly reforms are made in military area. Especially, when ?Janissary Corps? which generate a significant portion of Ottoman army, started to deteriorate, it seen that, the padishah?s of this period needed to make reform in this area. In addition to work?s transcription, at the result of the examination it is possible to evaluate military level of development between the Otoman Empire and European States in XIX century.
