The aim of this study is to evaluate the pedagogical methods that can be applied in the light of selected repertoire and methods for the first five years of piano education. In music teaching, the most suitable and useful instrument for use as a tool is piano. The aim of piano education; to improve the musical development of the student. The piano technique consists of the exchange of physical and mental data. Numerous repetitions during the practice, molds and automates the work performed. Thus thought, emotion and practice are now a whole. The applied method should allow the student to play all the piano literature. Piano education should be in parallel with modern general teaching principles. Besides, it should be prepared according to the latest developed methods. In creating this thesis; piano teachers and various sources of piano repertoire were used.
