Özet (EN)

The increase in the number of companies engaged in plastic injection production due to the increasing demands in the automotive industry sector has negatively affected the main parameters such as the environment and energy consumption. Depending on the developing technology, industries can survive by using energy in the most efficient way in their production processes. He argues that issues such as the use of machines adapted to today's technologies, better products, less energy and more environmentally friendly approaches are discussed. However, this situation may change when product diversity and environmental conditions are taken into account. Within the scope of this thesis, the optimization of energy efficiency and environmental parameters was investigated by measuring parameters such as product quality, performance, electricity consumption, carbon footprint of traditional hydraulic injection and electric plastic injection machines, which are located in the automotive supplier industry, manufacturing plastic injection in Bursa. The data obtained from the two machines in question were compared and evaluated.
