Abstract (EN)
The effect of the gate design and cooling system on the plastic part examined in the molding process of plastic parts. In this study, the plastic part with high expected warpage, analized on two different mold that revised of the hot runner and cooling system, with the different climatic conditions. General information about the injection process is shared. As well as detailed information on traces of shinkringage, warpage and weld lines. With this information, how the quality of the parts can be increased by bringing the molds to more optimum level is answered. Also seen that in the parts exposed to different thermal conditions, the resulting fracture problem is eleminated, the part dimensional quality improved by seventy five per cent after the improvements.
