Abstract (EN)

The controlling of analogue processes in industrial systems such as (speed, pressure, heat, et cetera) is extremely important. Any malfunction in these processes is likely to cause great material losses. The basic aim of this study is realising the remote control of analogue processes away from the business place. The main distinguishing feature of this study is that, it uses various remote control methods (mobile phone, computer, RF) at the same time. In this study the control of PLC (Programable Logic Control) device which is commonly used in the automation of industrial systems is realised by a DTMF (Dual Tone Multi Frequency) decoder connected to a desk phone or mobile phone. Signals received from DTMF decoder has been processed by PIC16f628A microprocessor and sent to PLC device as data. Plc device controls the plastic injection machine by a RF (Radio Frequency) transmitter module connected to its output jack. Thus the control of the system is executed by the receiver on the machine. The heat of injection is transferred to the analogue entrance of the PLC by a cable via a K-type thermocouple. The close position of PLC device to the user makes the controlling of the PLC, which is connected to the computer, easier. Using a desktop monitoring programme called teamviewer, the momentary conditions of the PLC device is checked through internet. So that without using a GSM (Global System for Mobile Communications) module or an operator panel, cheaper and more practical remote control is succeeded. At the last part of the study, the heat control of the resistances, the speed control of the three phased asynchronous engine which belongs to the cooling water system and the pressure control of the valves of air operated engines are realised by mobile phone. Momentary conditions of the system is monitored through an IP camera and mobile phone screen.
