For the monitoring and collection of data of industrial processes, SCADA systems are commonly used throughout the industry. The project is based on a microcontroller and configuration software and has been designed to track the power distribution system SCADA. The machine uses CT (Current Transformers) and PT (Current Transformers) to achieve distribution line electrical parameters. The serial interface circuit will be used to pass it to SCADA. This study explains the automatic switch control for the SCADA-based primary substation electrical distribution network using PLC. The aim of this investigation is to transform Myanmar's manual control system into an automatic switch control system. Four key elements of the SCADA-based electrical distribution network. They include automated control, interface devices, monitoring and networking systems. This work highlights the automatic control system. The PLC ladder diagram can be used to accomplish this scheme. The automated distribution systems evaluate a secure, reliable and convenient management resource which can use remote terminal units. (RTUs). The automated system based on simulations is shown in this study. The results of the simulation show that the PLC automatic control system proposed fulfills the desired high-performance control environment. This system for traditional power distribution in Myanmar is effective and reliable via SCADA-driven technology. SCADA systems are capable of reducing the output by 1,1% to 0,3% by 6% and 1% by 396-352 minutes, and reducing production costs
