Abstract (EN)
In this project, electrical, mechanical and computer softwares used to construct multidisciplinary work. Before starting the design process, many industrial facilities have been visited, weighing bunkers have been investigated and mechanical construction have been builded in order to solve problems where there is a requirement for preceise weighing. Mechanical construction of the system is designed with Solid Works software. Mechanical and electrical parts of the system has been provided and prototype of the system has been constructed. In constructing part of the system it has been regarded in industrial suitability. Preceeding to mechanical construction electrical drawings of the system and switchboard has been finished. To control the system with PC, PLC and SCADA system has been used. Communication between PC and SCADA system provided by ethernet protocol. PLC program has been written by STEP7 V5.5 and SCADA program has been written by WINCC V7.0. System consist of three bunkers. There is on-off control in the first bunker and pnomatic controlled weighing has been made. In the second bunker manuel correction parameters has been used to control the system. In the third bunker PID controller has been used with propotional pnomatic valve. Each of the three bunkers has been compared. The system has been operated in automated mode in an industrial perpective. The system has been tested many times and test results compared. Finally, weighing precesion techniques investigated and mechanical suggestions has been made to improve industrial weighing systems. Key words: Dosing and weighing systems with PLC and SCADA, Industrial dosing systems, PLC programming, SCADA programming, PID control in PLC systems, Load cell working principle
