Abstract (EN)

Most polymers that are used as packaging materials, is produced from renewable fossil sources. These materials are toxic when they decompose in nature and damage to the environment. Currently, to protect the nature it is also being studied biodegradable plastic materials produced from renewable sources. Poly (lactide acid) is biodegradable polymer and due to it shows similar properties of petroleum based plastics are used as an alternative. Soybean oil takes place in vegetable oil species. It's biodegradable material. Soybean oil will be used in order to improve the conditions of Poly (lactid acid). In this study, PLA-Soybean oil derivatives blends was obtained by mixture with PLA of three varieties soybean oil including commercial soybean oil (Sy), epoxide soybean oil (ESO) and polymeric soybean oil (PSyox) which obtained by exposing to day light in the air at room temperature. Polymers were characterized by FT-IR, GPC, SEM, TGA and strain-stress testing analysis. In the second step of work, biodegradability testing of PLA-Soybean oil derivatives blends was performed by phosphate buffer and sodium azid solution that is used to prevent the formation of bacteria. After biodegradability testing, polymers were characterized by GPC, TGA and SEM analysis.
