Abstract (EN)

According to the increase of the worlds population, human being is also necessities the energy. To compensate the energy need from the oxidation of fosil source fuels, we release noxious gases to the atmosphere and damage the earts composure. At the same time if we consider the fuel reserves commence to exhaust, the issue of compensate the energy need from the alternative energy sources must be research.Fuel cells is the most important memberses of the alternative energy sources. The handicap of ommercializetion the fuel cells is the graphite that it has high cost and processing hassle. Thats why recently metal material for bipolar plate in place of graphite is putted on the agenda. But in the fuel cells harsh acidic and humidity environment, metals exposed to chemical corrosion and because of forming an oxide layer on the surface of the plate the fuel cells output will be quite low.In this study metal materials is chosen for bipolar plate and inorder to increase the corrosion resistance various coatings applied the surface of the plate. Metal plates behavior in the fuel cell environment is investigated and compare with the other results.
