Abstract (EN)

In this study, the polymer impregnated concrete with mineral additives exposed to high temperature were investigated. In the specimens of samples 0-3 mm olivine and river sand is 3-8 mm. Concrete mixtures 0%, 5%, %10 and 20% of silica fume replaced with cement by weight was prepared. The methyl methacrylate for polymer has been used for this thesis. 100x100x100 mm size cube specimens for compressive strength and ultrasonic velocity were prepared. The specimens were cured in standard conditions at 202 °C in water for periods of 7, 28 and 90 days. After the specimens were dried at 110 ºC for 24 hour, they were exposed to 20 ºC, 200 ºC, 400 ºC, 600 ºC, 800 ºC and 1000 ºC. After this, these samples were allowed to stand for 24 hours under atmospheric conditions during the impregnated monomer with 1% Benzoil peroxitde. They were carried out the polymerization at 60 ºC for 3 hours. They were carried out the ultrasonic pulse velocity and compressive strength tests.
