Abstract (EN)
In this study, the synthesis and characterization of benzoxazine-based polymers were carried out and the solar cell applications of the synthesized polymeric dyes were investigated in detail. In this context, firstly, benzoxazine monomers were synthesized by ring closure reaction and polymerization reactions were carried out in the presence of DMAE catalyst. Then, polymeric dye composites were produced by both thermal and microwave methods. Finally, solar cell applications of PBZ polymer and PBZ SPC polymeric dye composites having different donor and acceptor groups were studied. All synthesized monomers, polymers and polymer composites were characterized by FT-IR, UV-Vis, fluorescence, GPC, TG/DSC and SEM-EDX and the photovoltaic measurement values of solar cell cells were presented by calculating JSC, VOC, FF and PCE values. Maximum power conversion efficiencies for PBZ-2B and PBZ-2A-SPC samples were calculated as 1.25% and 1,61%, respectively. As a result, benzoxazine-based polymer and polymeric dye composites are promising for solar cell applications. In addition, solar cell applications of benzoxazine-based polymers were carried out in this study and have been brought to the literature.
