Abstract (EN)

In this thesis study, a new magnetic solid phase extraction (MSPE) method was developed for the determination of trace amounts of copper, cobalt, nickel, zinc, lead, cadmium and chromium ions. In the method, 0,05 g of synthesized polypyrrole-coated Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles (Fe3O4@PPy MNP) were used as adsorbents. Analytes preconcentrated by magnetic solid phase extraction were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. 0.05 g polypyrrole-coated Fe3O4 was used as solid phase material.Quantitative retentions of Pb(II), Cu(II), Cd(II), Cr(II), Ni(II), Zn(II), Pb(II) and Co(II) ions were obtained at pH 7.5. Maximum sample volumes for the determination of the specified ions are respectively: 10 mL for Cr(II), Cu(II), Pb(II), 50 mL for Co(II), Zn(II), 150 mL for Ni(II), Cd(II). It was calculated in mL. All ions were eluted quantitatively with 1M HNO3.
