Evaluation for the working life of Police Organization: Istanbul case

It is not possible to get rid of stress in working as it has been in many aspects of life. It is quite difficult to annihilate completely the effects of stress in working zone. Thus, the thing to be done is to struggle to minimize the stress which overbalances, influences employers? health negatively, therefore, and reduces the productivity of them.The working hours which are determined by laws has begun to be applied via regulations. The biggest source of stress for the officers is their high load of work, long working hours, and economic deficiencies. The stress which is being observed on the officers working to compensate the most favorable need of society makes people anxious. This case sets forth the necessity of evaluation about the officers? working life.The aim of this research is to identify their troubles, and present solution advice.In order to find answers to this topic not only the current legislation on their working life but also the literature researching are analyzed. International arrangements about their working life are explored. Additionally, the importance of the works done by the General Directorate of Security is explained. A questionnaire is applied in order to measure professional pleasure of the officers in Istanbul Security Directorate.
