Analysis of European Union energy security policies with political, economic and environmental dimensions

EU energy security is one of the most important policies of European states. It is a strategy whose goal is to achieve energy independence of the region and ensure the energy security of all EU members. The thesis is devoted to the analysis of the main components of energy security of the European Union. The thesis attempts to analyze the formation of the EU energy policy, the problems of EU energy security, measures to ensure energy security, the level of decision-making to ensure security in the energy sector. The use of systematic and structural-functional analysis made it possible not only to draw conclusions regarding the current state of the EU energy security problem, but also to apply prognostic methods in assessing internal and external factors affecting energy security, identify safety mechanisms, identify problems and ways to overcome them.
